Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Parkroyal on Kitchener Road was quite enjoyable overall. I appreciated the spacious and comfortable room with a great city view, although it did lack some basics like a toothbrush kit. The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, there were a few hiccups in service that could use a bit of improvement. Overall, a nice place to stay for a quick getaway.
The hotel has a great location close to Mustafa Centre and the City Square Shopping Centre, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms, while a bit dated, are clean and have all the basic necessities. Although the breakfast is decent, the service could be more proactive. Overall, it’s a good value for money option, especially for its accessibility to local attractions.
I found this hotel to be quite nice overall with a great location right in the heart of everything. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I appreciated, but the check-in process and the lobby noise left something to be desired. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay, especially with the convenience of being close to food options and Little India. The service could improve in handling busy times and the taxi situation could be more organized.
I chose this hotel for its location in Little India, a favorite among Indians. Unfortunately, during my stay, renovation work led to loud noises after 9 PM, which was quite disturbing. The breakfast menu lacked variety, serving the same options every day except for the Indian menu, which wasn't very appealing. Overall, it's an average hotel, and there are certainly better options available nearby.
The hotel boasts a great location, particularly for those looking for Indian cuisine, with easy access to various tourist spots and public transport. The breakfast layout is impressive, and the facilities like the pool and gym add to the experience. However, the inattentiveness of the front desk staff and the need for room upgrades detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
